We are not accepting food donations at this time. If you are interested in catering your event with Panera, please reach out to your local bakery-café.

Donation Guidelines:

General:
  • So we are able to support as many organizations as possible, we kindly ask each organization to limit their requests to twice a year
  • Must be a registered 501(c) non-profit
  • Donation requests must be submitted 4 weeks prior to event date
Auction Items and Door Prizes:
Below are the items available for request:
  • Certificate: Free Loaf of Bread Every Month for a Year ($120 value)
  • Certificate: Free Catering for 10 ($220 value)
  • Free Pastry for a Year Certificate ($50 value)
  • We are unable to donate gift cards
Coupons/Bag Stuffers:
Below are the items available for request that are limited for use by one person per visit per day:
